Breathing new life into a 1960s hotel, we turned structural challenges into a design masterpiece, earning a nomination for Toronto’s NEWH Chapter Top Interior Design Award for 2025.

The Challenge:
Revitalizing a hotel built in the 1960s that faced significant structural issues, requiring a solution that would both address the concerns and enhance the guest experience.

The Solution:
We extended the rooms and enclosed the balconies to create a vibrant and unique space. This not only resolved the structural issues but elevated the overall atmosphere. A stunning mural, designed by our in-house digital graphic artist, added a one-of-a-kind touch. Our innovative approach led to the hotel’s nomination for Toronto’s NEWH Chapter Top Interior Design Award for 2025, highlighting our ability to turn challenges into award-winning opportunities.
