Comfort Inn & Suites Kingston
Case Study

The Problem
The client was looking to create a hotel design that reflected the hotel’s unique brand values and create memorable guest experience. While they recognized the importance of design, they also wanted to consider the ease of maintenance for the staff and guest needs. After attempting to tackle the design project independently, they quickly recognized the immense value of having a design team on board.

The Solution
We visited the hotel through the construction process and brought together the design in a matter of 12 weeks. All areas of the hotel, from the lobby to guest-rooms and everything in between was selected, submitted to the brand for approval and catalogued for purchasing. The owner is proud to have a beautiful new hotel for his guests.

“…It was a very pleasant experience working with you. I do believe that our relationship will last, and we can work together in the future. Again, thank you for all the efforts putting into this project.”
Hotelier
Lesley was a dream to work with. She always arrived with a smile on her face and a treat tucked under her arm for our employees to share (and good treats too! Panera pastries!) . She came up with multiple ideas for our new design, so we had lots of options to work with. We absolutely LOVE our new workspace and have already noticed a huge increase in productivity and serenity among staff. The colours she optioned are so calming yet energetic if that makes sense. While they make us feels refreshed, energized and ready to work, they also promote a sense of peace. Definitely recommend!!!
