What is your role at Lesley Wong Interiors?
I lead People, Operations, and Organizational Development at LWI. This means I ensure our internal systems, team experience, and processes are aligned and running smoothly so that our designers and staff can focus on delivering great work. I work closely with Lesley and the leadership team to build a positive, scalable, and values-aligned workplace.
A fun fact or hobby I enjoy in my free time:
I make anti-stress playdough for adults and am passionate about wellness, creativity, and strength training. You can usually find me paddleboarding, at the gym or testing a new self care product.
